AnxieFree UX / UI

Anxiety is a normal, innate reaction to stressful situations, but in many circumstances, it can become excessive and detrimental. Anxiety disorders affect more than 40 million American adults, but only about 37% receive treatment.

This website would serve as an informative self-help tool, enabling users to input symptoms and details about their anxiety and daily life. They would then immediately receive a printable, personalized resource toolbox for both immediate and long-term anxiety relief including tips for mantras, diet changes, and activities.

Additionally, the site would enable and encourage users to create a downloadable vision board in order to help reduce anxiety quickly and efficiently in the future. The project was created during my junior year at Pratt Institute, and I hope to launch this website as a real-life resource in the future.
